ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Products are made on demand, which allows us to offer high-quality items while reducing waste.

During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, or special releases), processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
International orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, and carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and current carrier rates.
Occasionally, we offer free-shipping promotions.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING ISSUES OR DELAYS

If your order is delayed or tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact us at:

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Take photos of the package or damaged item.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at afh@americanfromhavana.com.

We will work with our fulfillment partners to replace the item at no additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & FEES

International customers may be required to pay customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
These fees are set by your local government and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL RELEASES

Shipping times for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
